NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
2026

The Pickleball Association of Bermuda is pleased to announce that the 2026 National Championships will take place across two separate weeks, November 16–21 and December 2–6.

Due to the temporary reduction in available courts at W.E.R. Joell Tennis Stadium, this year's championships have been adjusted to ensure a competitive and inclusive event for players across the eligible divisions.

Championship Week One

November 16–21 | PressCourt

This week will feature the high-performance divisions:

  • Men's: 4.0 and 4.5+

  • Women's: 3.5 and 4.0+

  • Mixed Doubles: 4.0 and 4.5+

The full daily schedule will be released by October 19.

Championship Week Two

December 2–6 | W.E.R. Joell Tennis Stadium

This week will feature the remaining divisions and the Junior National Championships:

  • Men's: 3.0 and 3.5

  • Women's: 3.0

  • Mixed Doubles: 3.0 and 3.5

  • Junior National Championships: All scheduled junior age divisions

Junior National Champions will be crowned, with top-ranked junior athletes recognized across each age division.

The full daily schedule will be released by November 13.

National Rankings and Team Selection

The National Championships remain PAB's premier year-end ranking competition, with both championship weeks carrying the appropriate weighted national ranking points.

Participation is mandatory for all athletes seeking to represent Bermuda internationally. Athletes requesting an exemption must submit an official reason in writing to pabermuda@gmail.com for review.

Championship results and ranking points will contribute to the performance evaluation framework for Caribbean Championships 2027 team selection, alongside the other established selection criteria.

PAB Membership Requirement

The National Championships are an official PAB-sanctioned event. All participants must be current members of the Pickleball Association of Bermuda to compete.

If representing Bermuda is your ambition, the journey starts with competing and performing at home.

These championships are an opportunity to measure our progress, challenge ourselves and continue building the next generation of Bermudian athletes.

We look forward to bringing our pickleball community together for another exciting National Championships.
